Vaginal Problems - Prevention

The following tips may help you prevent a vaginal infection.
  • If you think your frequent vaginal infections may be related to using a diaphragm, spermicidal foam or jelly, or condoms, discuss other birth control options with your doctor.
  • Wipe from front to back after using the toilet, to avoid spreading bacteria from the anus to the vagina.
  • Wash the vaginal area once a day with plain water or a mild, nonperfumed soap. Do not use bubble bath. Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
  • Change tampons at least 3 times a day during your period, or alternate tampons with pads. Remember to remove the last tampon used during your period.
  • Wear cotton underwear and avoid clothes that fit tightly, such as tight-fitting jeans. Cotton underwear and loose-fitting clothing help prevent the vaginal area from staying warm and moist, which can promote the growth of yeast cells. Tight-fitting clothes may cause skin irritation leading to a rash.
  • Remove wet bathing suits and exercise clothing promptly.
  • Avoid douching.
  • Avoid the use of feminine deodorant sprays and other perfumed products. They may cause genital skin irritation or an allergic reaction (contact dermatitis).
  • Having multiple sex partners and not using condoms can increase your risk of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), which may increase your risk of a vaginal infection.
  • Urinate after sex, and rinse your vaginal area with cool water.
  • Limit intense exercise, such as bike riding or horseback riding, that can irritate the vulva.
  • If you have diabetes, keep your blood sugar in good control.
Take antibiotics when needed, but avoid unnecessary use of antibiotics. Taking antibiotics exposes you to the risks of allergic reactions and antibiotic side effects (such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and yeast infections). Also, antibiotics may kill good bacteria.

Vaginal Problems - Topic Overview

Most women experience minor vaginal problems from time to time. These problems can be related to menstrual cycles, sex, infection, birth control methods, aging, medicines, or changes after pregnancy.
A change in your normal vaginal discharge may be the first sign of a vaginal problem. Changes in urination, such as having to urinate more frequently or a burning feeling when you urinate, also may be a symptom of a vaginal problem.
Conditions that may cause a change in your normal vaginal discharge include:

Vaginal infections

The presence or excess growth of yeast cells, bacteria, or viruses can cause a vaginal infection. A vaginal infection may occur when there is a change in the normal balance of organisms in your vagina.
The three most common types of vaginal infections are:
  • Candida vulvovaginitis (yeast infections).
  • Bacterial infections (bacterial vaginosis).
  • Parasitic infections (trichomoniasis).
Common symptoms of vaginal infection include:
  • Increase or change in the vaginal discharge, including gray, green, or yellow discharge.
  • Vaginal redness, swelling, itching, or pain.
  • Vaginal odor.
  • Burning with urination.
  • Pain or bleeding with sex.
If you are pregnant and have vaginal symptoms, talk with your doctor about your symptoms before considering any home treatment measures. Some home treatment measures may not be appropriate, depending on the cause of your vaginal infection. Conditions such as bacterial vaginosis can affect your pregnancy, so it is important to talk with your doctor and be treated appropriately.
Vaginal infections may increase the risk for pelvic infections, such as pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).

Vaginal or vulvar problems

Other vaginal or vulvar problems may occur from the use of birth control methods, the use of medicines, or aging, or as a result of changes after pregnancy. These problems include:
  • Vaginal prolapse, which may cause urination and bowel changes.
  • Retained tampon, birth control device, or foreign object. See how to remove an object from the vagina.
  • Vulvar or vaginal injury, such as landing on a metal bar such as on a bike or playground equipment or from an object in the vagina.
  • Vulvar pain (vulvodynia).
  • Noninfectious vaginitis. Examples of this include:
A young girl with unusual vaginal symptoms should be evaluated by her doctor to determine the cause. Vaginitis in a young girl may be caused by:
  • A ball of toilet paper in her vagina.
  • Pinworms that have spread from the anus to the vagina.
  • The spread of bacteria from an upper respiratory infection of the ears (otitis media) or throat (tonsillitis) to the vagina by her hands.

What is Vaginal Prolapse?

It’s more common than you may think.
Vaginal prolapse (also called pelvic organ prolapse, or vaginal organ prolapse) is what happens when organs inside the pelvis fall, bulge or protrude into the vaginal wall. This condition is due to weakened muscles or ligaments that can occur from a number of causes, including childbirth, previous surgeries, and obesity. If you have signs and symptoms of vaginal prolapse, learning more about this condition (and discovering you have options!) can lead to a better way of life.

Understanding vaginal prolapse

There are a number of muscles, ligaments, and other tissues that elevate and support the pelvic area. They provide support for pelvic organs including the uterus, urethra, bladder, and the rectum.
Vaginal prolapse happens when pelvic organs, including the bladder or rectum, bulge into the vaginal wall due to a weakening of important muscles and supporting ligaments. If left untreated, these organs may fall or protrude to a point that they prolapse (bulge or push into)—the vaginal area. In extreme cases, the vagina can even fall to the point where it extends outside the body.

Vaginal Prolapse (VP)
Vaginal Prolapse (VP)
Vaginal prolapse occurs when weakened muscles or ligaments allow the pelvic organs to descend into the vaginal wall, causing discomfort and other symptoms.

Types of Vaginal Prolapse

Vaginal prolapse is a general term that refers to a prolapse in the pelvic area. However, there are several specific types of prolapse that contribute to the overall condition of vaginal prolapse. It’s helpful to know about each type, since many women may experience more than one.
Vaginal vault prolapse
Vaginal Vault
For women who have had a hysterectomy the normal support from the uterus is no longer in place and prolapse can occur when the top portion of the vagina descends down into the lower vagina.
Vaginal vault prolapse
The apex, or upper portion of the vagina, collapses and descends into the vaginal canal. This sometimes occurs after a hysterectomy, causing the vagina to turn inside out

Bladder prolapse Bladder prolapse
(cystocele, pronounced “sist-uh-seal”)–the bladder bulges or “herniates” into the vaginal wall

Rectal prolapse Rectal prolapse
(rectocele, pronounced “rekto-seal”)–the rectum bulges (herniates) into the vagina

Uterine prolapse
Uterine Prolapse
When the muscles and ligaments of a woman are weakened, and the woman still has a uterus, prolapse can occur when the uterus descends into the vagina.
Uterine prolapse
(procidentia, pronounced “pro-sid-entsha”)–the uterus falls into the vagina

Small bowel prolapse
Enterocele
Enterocele occurs when the intestine bulges into the vagina. Enterocele’s can occur from the front, back or top. This illustration shows an enterocele from the back.

Vaginal Discharge: Changes That May Be Signs of a Problem

Is vaginal discharge normal?

Yes. Glands inside your vagina and cervix make small amounts of fluid. This fluid flows out of the vagina each day, carrying out old cells that have lined the vagina. This is your body's way of keeping your vagina healthy and clean. The discharge is usually clear or milky and doesn't smell bad.

The color and thickness of the discharge change with your monthly cycle. The discharge is thicker when you ovulate (when one of your ovaries releases an egg), when you breastfeed or when you're sexually excited.
Female reproductive system

What changes may be a sign of a problem?

Changes that may signal a problem include an increase in the amount of discharge, a change in the color or smell of the discharge, and irritation, itchiness or burning in or around your vagina. This is called vaginitis. A discharge that's stained with blood when you're not having your period could also be a sign of a problem. If you have any of these signs, you should talk to your doctor.

Tips on preventing vaginitis

  • After using the toilet, always wipe from front to back. This may help prevent getting bacteria from your rectal area into your vagina.
  • Wear cotton underpants during the day. Cotton allows your genital area to "breathe." Don't wear underpants at night.
  • Avoid wearing tight pants, pantyhose, swimming suits, biking shorts or leotards for long periods.
  • Change your laundry detergent or fabric softener if you think it may be irritating your genital area.
  • The latex in condoms and diaphragms and the sperm-killing gels that are used for birth control can be irritating for some women. If you think one of these things is a problem for you, talk to your doctor about other types of birth control.
  • Avoid hot tubs.
  • Bathe or shower daily and pat your genital area dry.
  • Don't douche.
  • Avoid feminine hygiene sprays, colored or perfumed toilet paper, deodorant pads or tampons, and bubble bath.

What can cause these changes?

These changes can occur if the normal balance of healthy bacteria (germs) in your vagina is upset. Many things can disturb the balance of a healthy vagina, including douching, feminine hygiene sprays, certain soaps or bubble baths, antibiotics, diabetes, pregnancy or infections.

How can douching be harmful?

The chemicals in douches may irritate your vagina and change the normal balance of germs in your vagina. Douching can also spread an infection into the uterus, increasing your risk of getting pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). PID is an infection of the fallopian tubes that can cause you to be unable to have children.

Douching isn't necessary to keep your body clean. Smells you may notice usually come from outside the vagina (vulva). Keeping this area clean with gentle soap and water can prevent smells.

What is a yeast infection?

Small amounts of yeast fungus are often found in a healthy vagina. But if too much grows, it can cause a yeast infection. Possible signs of yeast infections are listed in the box below.

Yeast infections usually aren't caught from a sex partner. You may be more likely to get a yeast infection if you are using antibiotics, are pregnant, have diabetes, or stay hot and sweaty for long periods. Some women get frequent yeast infections for no obvious reason.

Signs of yeast infections

  • White, cottage cheese-like discharge
  • Swelling and pain around the vulva
  • Intense itching
  • Painful sexual intercourse

How are yeast infections treated?

Yeast infections are usually treated with a medicine you put into your vagina. Yeast infections can also be treated with oral medicine.

If you have yeast infections often, your doctor may suggest you use a medicine you can buy without a prescription. But if you have any questions about what's causing your vaginitis, you should call your doctor. Many other things besides a yeast infection can cause vaginitis.

What is bacterial vaginosis?

Bacterial vaginosis is usually caused by Gardnerella vaginalis bacteria. Why some women get this infection isn't clear. It's probably not caught from a sex partner. Possible signs are listed below.

Bacterial vaginosis is treated with antibiotic medicine, usually a pill.

Signs of bacterial vaginosis

  • A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge
  • A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap
  • Itching or burning
  • Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva

What is trichomoniasis?

Trichomoniasis is caused by an organism called Trichomonas vaginalis. You can be infected but have no signs for a long time. Possible signs of trichomoniasis are listed in the box below.

Trichomoniasis is usually caught by having sex without a condom with someone who is infected. It's usually treated with oral antibiotics.

Signs of trichomoniasis

  • A watery, yellowish or greenish bubbly discharge
  • An unpleasant odor
  • Pain and itching when urinating
  • Most apparent after your period

What about other infections?

Two sexually transmitted infections, chlamydia and gonorrhea, can also cause vaginal discharge. These are infections of the cervix caused by bacteria. Sometimes the only symptom may be an increase of vaginal discharge. Both of these infections can be treated with antibiotic shots or pills.

Should my sex partner be treated?

Sometimes. Talk to your doctor if you're sexually active. You may also need to avoid having sex or use condoms until you've been treated.

  • What is the cause?
  • When they will stop doing it?
  • What happens if a child masturbates?
  • What can I do, as a father?
  • When should I go to the pediatrician?

What is it?
Masturbation is an auto-stimulation of genitals for pleasure. It is something more than a normal examination of genitals in bath that moves almost all kids. It can begin since children are able to hold objects (towards 5 o r 6 months) and it’s very frequent during the 2 years of age. Masturbation is a normal activity and frequent among kids. It can be practiced at any age, but is rare before the 6 months of age. The very young children rub their thighs against each other, with rhythmic movements of the hips while lying facing down or moving hands or knees when lying on their backs. Later on they can learn to rub against a doll, the arm of a couch, etc. The rhythmic manipulation of genitals with hands usually doesn’t take place before the 2 and a half years of age. The frequency at which a child masturbates may vary, for example, it can be several times in a day or once a week, but it is more frequently when she/he goes to sleep, is bored, watches television or if a kid is suffering some kind of stress. In any case, during masturbation a child may seem as if absorbed in thought, feeling warm and sweating, with rhythmic movements of the head or extremities and when done, can be exhausted, which in some cases may have a wrong diagnose of an epileptic attack.
What is the cause?
A sporadic masturbation in pre-students is a normal conduct. As far as a third of children of this age discover masturbation while they explore their body. The majority continue masturbating simply because they like, although some can do it in a frequent way if they have some problem or if s/he is punished or suffer a pressure not to do it anymore.
There are no medical causes. An irritation of the genital area can produce pain and inflammation, but it is more probable to be a consequence and nor a cause of masturbation.
When they will stop doing it?
Once a kid discovers that masturbation provides him/her pleasure, you can’t expect that they will give up doing it right away. Besides, if a child is not rebuked s/he will do it on private. At around 5 or 6 years of age, probably its frequency would diminish or, at least, that he/she does it in a more reserved manner. Later, in adolescence, masturbation is almost universal, in relation to hormonal changes and the beginning of the sexual desire.
What happens if a child masturbates?
Aside from the pleasure that it provides to him/her, nothing at all. It won’t provoke any corporal or psychological damage. If a child masturbates, this won’t disturb his/her sexual orientation; neither is going to turn them promiscuous and, of course, does not have any relation to epilepsy.
What can I do, as a father?
If we consider that almost all children masturbate sooner or later and that they do because they really like, you should do nothing, except for leaving them tranquil. It is convenient to make sure that although the parents try to make them stop doing it, they are not going to have an immediate success. So parents should accept it, as it is a normal situation. Reprimands, punishments, etc. can have a negative effect, because they can reinforce this conduct.
If you think that masturbation can have a relation with boredom, you can try to keep him/her occupied with activities that are attractive to them. Probably, you have to be more tolerant when masturbation takes place at rest moments: during afternoon nap or when going to sleep at night. If what worries you is that they do it in front of other people, you can recommend to him/her to do it in his/her bedroom or during bath. If she/he does in public places, like in school, it’s convenient to comment to the teachers so that they can try to keep their attention over in class and avoid scold him/her in public.
When should I go to the pediatrician?
In rare occasions, masturbation is related to stress situations, even sexual abuses from adults. In those cases, you have no doubts in consulting his/her pediatrician or nurse.

Female Masturbation Techniques
The following are masturbation methods that women informed they use in the book Hite Report of Shere Hite. The data were gathered between 1972 and 1976. Whereas methods had probably not changed, a number of women who use an individual technique could have done it, because attitude of women towards themselves and their bodies has changed in time.
In addition, women today have a much more easy access to sexual aids like vibrators and dildos than they had twenty years ago.
Description of methods can help to lead women in the process to learn how to masturbate themselves, and those women whom want to explore new ways to reach orgasm during sex in solitaire.
Also, it can help women who feel that they are unique, for they masturbate in an unusual way, and about this little is spoken, so that they feel "normal." In any case we see extreme diversity of techniques.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Type 1A, Indirect Clitoral Stimulation:
"For me it is important to be excited mentally or to have fantasies to masturbate. For me, it is also important to be single. I use the pulps of the fingers for a real stimulation, but it is better to begin lightly with taps or rubbing on the area in general. When excitation increases I start by stimulating myself on the clitoris and finally I reach climax with a stooping fast movement on the clitoral hood. Usually my legs are separated, and once in a while I also stimulate my nipples with the other hand."
"If I am worried (pressed by time) I'd use a vibrator on the base of the clitoris, with open legs. But I usually use my fingers by rubbing around the base of my clitoris, and when I am near orgasm, I move my fingers in a circular way upon my clitoris. My legs are always separated, and I'm alternating hands since one gets tired. My other hand caresses my breasts or it simply rests. And I move my body more when I have an orgasm."
"Wow! What a question! Usually I lie down on my back, with legs wide apart. I leave on my underclothes almost always, because it bothers me to rub my clitoris directly. I use a hand, two fingers together, rubbing upwards and downwards just touching upon my clitoris. When I am near climax, my legs tend to open themselves and my pelvis rises more. I do not move much, but sometimes during climax I sway from side to side."
"I use my hands and my imagination, and it is likely that I have tried all imaginable positions and movements - the basic stimulation remains the same one. I use my finger to stimulate clitoris, sometimes inserting another finger in my vagina at the same time. When masturbating I touch only my genital area, because it does not stimulate all my body by touching, as it happens when my pair touches every part of me."
"I stimulate my clitoris on both sides with my legs opened, and I do not move any other part of my body. It is as if it allowed very efficient masturbation without fault, because any other thing (to touch every part on my body, etc.) would be sickly."
"When masturbating I think about stimulating things locally to me, soon a brief touch of my fingers and finished. Yes! Furtive, no "
" I employ a simple vibrator with batteries. Usually, I place it straight alongside my clitoris, using a slight circular movement. Beginning with my opened legs, but they usually closed involuntarily. I think that what happens in my mind (with which I have fantasies) is really more important than the mechanical aspects."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 1A, Direct Clitoral Stimulation:
"I use my middle finger, dampened, to stimulate and rub above and around my clitoris. My other hand throws the lips backwards, maintaining a weak tension on the clitoral area. Alternating fast clitoral rubbing with more slowly rubbing on the vagina entrance. (Actually, 'rub' is a hardly correct word, because it is a very tender touch until just before orgasm, for when I am very dunked.) My legs are very open, my knees raised - I do not move my torso much until orgasm, when I feel strong spasms in my torso and pelvis."
"I masturbate only with a hand - mainly around the head of my clitoris, soon I am gradually revolving on the head - always rubbing with forward and backward movements. My other hand helps to hold the skin to gain a firm contact. I have my legs together and separated, alternatively."
"I lie down on my back with my legs really closed. I use my left hand to hold apart my genitals, and then I can use my right hand to touch my clitoris. I use a circular movement beginning slowly with a slight pressure, and then increase pressure until I begin to come. Shortly, I slow down according to the sensation I desire until reaching orgasm. If I wish to come again I take another turn."
"I masturbate with an electrical toothbrush. I place a damp towel on a brush and lubricate my clitoris with lotion. I lie down on my back with my legs open. With my left hand, I open the lips to expose the clitoris, keep the vibrator with my right hand and smoothly press on my clitoris. Sometimes I move it upwards and downwards, and sometimes I leave it on a fixed point, depending on which one feels best. But actually, I never get excited until I begin to fantasize. I do not move my hips. All action is done with hands/vibrator and my clitoris."
"I only use my fingers. My left hand keeps the greater lips of my vagina open (vulva) and my forefinger and the second right finger rub right aside of my clitoris. Sometimes I rub upwards and downwards, but I usually rub with slow circular movements. My legs are closed, stretched and straight. Sometimes I do this lay down on my belly, but not usually. It is much more difficult - I mainly do that after I've been masturbating for some time but I'm still excited. I do not move much, as oppose to when I reach orgasm with a partner, and I also make less noise."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 1A1, Clitoris Stimulation and Occasional Vaginal Penetration:
" I usually masturbate by stimulating the clitoral region smoothly and that is not directly, but on the skin above and around; later I place my fingers around the clitoris and I move them back and forth rhythmically and with light pressure. Thus, to obtain orgasm, pressure is one factor, rhythmical movement another, and protect the clitoris of direct stimulation is another one. This last one is carried out using the skin around to stimulate the clitoris. Finally, tensioning my anus and concentrating in having an orgasm. Every now and then I put my finger in my vagina because it seems to stabilize the clitoris and it's a little exciting. My legs are open. I do not move much."
" Usually I begin in rubbing my clitoris in one of its flanks, with my finger. Sometimes I use a mirror and observe - before I used to stare in front of a great mirror. Soon, because my finger really does not ignite much to me, I take out a vibrator. From time to time I read pornography, sometimes I fantasize. Sometimes I catch children oil and I rub my breasts and my belly. I move the vibrator downwards and upwards and throughout the crack between my legs. Usually a leg is with a knee up; the other opened, in bed. I move the inferior part of my body downwards until finding a movement of the vibrator. Sometimes, I use my fingers and I moist my breast and I only touch and fondle it. Even putting and removing the vibrator from my vagina, like screwing."
"My first masturbation was with bathtub water, and later with my hand, that is as I still do it. I use the middle finger of my right hand in vigorous upward and downward movements, which accelerates me more towards climax. Sometimes I put a finger deeply in my vagina with my thumb maintaining contact with the clitoris. Recently, since I read literature, I have proven contract my vaginal muscles, and this seems to improve the act. Sometimes I push all my body upwards, moving with my feet underneath my back part, finishing with my chest, torso and sexual area pushing upwards facing the sky. My greater liberation is with my legs pushing outwards to give the sensation of the greatest possible opening. once I proved a cucumber, and also a vibrator, but that gave me a sensation to be a little outside me -it, was not me, that is."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 1A2,Clitoris Stimulation and Vaginal Penetration Always:
"I put a finger on my clitoris and with the other I pull a bottle inside and outside of my vagina (a plastic bottle.) At the beginning I keep my legs open until I reach an orgasm, and then I put them together. First of, I rub my clitoris and soon insert a bottle. When I come I close my legs with the bottle inside me as far as it can get."
"At first I use my fingers to penetrate my vagina, to augment the sensation in all the area, but after to reach orgasm I rub my clitoris first slightly and after more firmly with circular movements upward and downward. With my other hand (left hand) I am generally turning pages from a pornographic book that I am reading. Yes, it is complicated. Since I keep legs open."
"First, I fantasize until lubricating myself. Often I get annoyed and hold back my touch until I am very excited. Sometimes I rub all my body against bed, being laid down on my belly, and once in a while I have it off that way, but mostly I am on my back. First, I caress the greater lips, and after in and around the clitoris, using a circular movement, after that I insert a finger in my vagina, while I am laying down on my back or side, and move it. I can come very quick if my legs are together, but it's a better off orgasm when my legs are opened and a more horn like work for me."
"I begin with manual stimulation on my clitoris. Shortly, simultaneous stimulation of clitoris and vagina. I may use my finger/fingers (fore and second or only fore) of other hand for vaginal stimulation. From time to time I use an object - usually the handle of my hairbrush, that is pleasantly cleared and smooth (none dildo with edge for me, thanks) for vaginal stimulation. I don't wish to mention that I use another thing more than my hand. Among all my friends it seems that there's a tacit taboo against all unnatural things. I do not have fetish devices. I am not going to hurt myself either. It is only more comfortable - it is difficult to reach within my own vagina. My wrist gets tired, especially if I want to come. Also, I suppose that finding the need in vaginal stimulation old-fashioned, therefore I am also a little sensitive for that reason."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stimulation of Clitoris with Vaginal Penetration in Orgasm:
"When I was young, I used to masturbate keeping both hands between my very close legs and very smoothly swinging all my body. Now, I usually use my fingers to rub all the genital area with a circular movement. Occasionally, I put one or two fingers inside my vagina before the orgasm to feel its contractions."
"Just after climax I put a couple of fingers inside the entrance of my vagina to feel the contractions - not only to see if it happens, sexually it is very pleasant."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Palm on Clitoris, Fingers within Vagina:
"I keep the palm of my hand on the clitoral area, and fingers inserted in my vagina approximately one inch (2,5cm) roughly, and only massage it tenderly."
"I begin by caressing the vaginal opening, after I insert two fingers in my vagina and stimulate my clitoris with the palm of my hand with very fast taps. My legs are together."
"I use one hand and I hold the mount, I rub on with my hand until feeling a hot sensation, then with a finger I open my lips, and make it moist moving up and down, so then I insert a finger in my vagina and I move it up and down very fast while the palm rubs mount. My legs are totally opened."
"I caress my nipples to begin with and watch pornography. After that massage smoothly my mount until being totally excited, and then insert my fingers in the vagina and at the same time rubbing my clitoris with my palm. Eventually, I suck on a rubber penis."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 1A, Clitoral Stimulation and Anal Penetration:
"After having certain sexy thoughts I feel that my sanguineous pressure increases and my heart beats get faster and stronger, instantaneously. My clitoris tickles and in a few seconds my vagina is moist. I rub my clitoris with my left forefinger. I penetrate my vagina and/or rectum with the forefinger and/or middle of my right hand and move them inside and outside at a speed that feels right. My genitals reach two or three levels of tickle intensity - each stage more than the previous one. I rub my clitoris with a backward and forward movement. Sometimes, I employ homemade devices that have a penis form, for penetration."
" I masturbate in a dim lit bedroom. At times I get to read erotic literature, specially oriented towards anal. I stimulate myself with lubricated fingers, a vaginal applicator of foam, a shower or one end enema. I usually make circular movements on my pubic area with a hand and touch my anus with the other hand, sometimes inserting my finger or another device in my rectum. It does not matter if my legs are together or separated. I move very little."
"Occasionally, I use my fingers on my clitoris with one inside my vagina, and one on the anal or the clitoral area. Usually I use two sizes of vibrators - a small one for my anus and a bigger one for my vagina. one hand I use for the clitoris, other keeps both vibrators in place. Legs are usually separated. Circular Movements."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 1B, Clitoral and Vulva Stimulation:
"Put this. I use my feminine electrical depilatory to masturbate. I rub upwards, downwards and towards flanks and usually use the other hand at the same time to stimulate the edge of my vagina."
"I use mainly my fingers. Beginning by smoothly caressing my genital area and breasts, and genital organs. Sometimes I use two hands on my genitals, but not always. I wait until feeling dunked before touching myself, because if I am not dunked I usually have difficulties in obtaining orgasm. So as I rub and smoothly stimulate my genital organs I raise my legs (completely separated), and then rub a little more vigorously - all this leads me to an orgasm or orgasms. It seems necessary to elevate my legs or I do not come. Frequently, I ask myself if other women are similar."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 2A, Clitoral Stimulation Lay down on Belly:
"I use my forefinger. I lean on my belly and hug a pillow with my other hand. I use an up-down circular movement on my clitoris and usually I maintain my legs a little separated, but when I'm near orgasm, I put them well together. Sometimes I move more and at other times only a little."
"I mainly masturbate on my belly and use my right hand to stimulate my clitoris with a strong up-down movement, using my middle fingers, index and annul. My left hand caresses my breasts. I move more in circular movements up and down. I do much Hum Humming and I say F*** me. Keeping my legs open at the beginning and when feeling near to reach orgasm I close my legs and raise my body off the floor, bed, whatever. Sometimes I masturbate holding still and use the same movement and move only a little. Occasionally I masturbate laid down on my back and I find difficult to achieve orgasm that way."
"When masturbating, I lie down on my belly with my legs slightly apart, using both hands, knuckles of right hand give direct pressure to the mount, with left hand I add more pressure on the right hand. Moderately fast to and fro movements provide the clitoral friction that I need."
"Sequence: I place a towel on the bed, I put a vibrator on the towel with pointed pulsar (pulsar has a rubber end of 1-inch -2,5 cm of diameter). Usually I dampen pulsar before starting. Then I lie down completely immovable on my belly with my arms and legs doing an ample V, with the pulsar working on the mount area. I don't use my hands until orgasm draws near, then I move the vibrator with my left hand slightly so that it is exactly in the correct place. Just before orgasm, my hands and arms are placed straight and my hands rise upwards just a little bit before I move left to manipulate the vibrator at the critical moment."
"I masturbate on my belly with my right hand between my legs and I make a smooth and circular massage on my clitoris. I rarely touch my breasts or the rest my body because I have found that it physically does very little to me."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 2 A1, Laid down on Belly with Occasional Vaginal Penetration:
"I masturbate on my belly with legs together, pressing with fingers of both hands on my clitoris (forefingers and middle), one on top of another. Sometimes I caress my breasts or cheeks of the buttocks with a hand, or I insert my fingers in my vagina, but not usually. I move much less than on sexual intercourse."
"I am leaning on my belly with a pillow between my legs, or rubbing against pillow or also using my fingers. My body is hard and straight when rubbing my clitoris with a circular movement. My other hand is on my nipple, squeezing it, and sometimes I have a vibrator on my vagina or my buttock. Legs vary."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 2A 2, Laid down on Belly with Vaginal Penetration:
"I lean on belly with my legs as about wide opened as possible and place three pillows underneath to lift my back. I massage my body on the genitals and insert the middle finger of a hand in my vagina and I press my other hand hard against it, on my clitoral region. This way I can strongly stimulate both, my clitoris and my cervix (which is often sensitive but not as much as the clitoris). My breathing becomes short and gasp and my body begins to move and contract violently, when lowering my body on my finger and hand behind. I have tried to use two or three fingers, but this had the disadvantage that it couldn't be extended as much as a single finger."
"I use my hands, beginning with a general massage to warm up my hands and my body. After, I get down to my crotch and slowly apply pressure with the ends of four fingers, then I get back on my belly. Start to apply circular movements with two fingers on my clitoris and occasionally an upward and downward movement with my clitoris between my fingers. With my right hand I verify that my vagina is moist, and fantasize. I carry on stimulating my clitoris with the left hand, and then insert two fingers in my vagina. I love folds and cracks. Feeling the interior of your vagina is amazing. I may also stimulate by opening the urethra, but that can be painful. My legs are usually closed, but I open them now and again. If I have not reached orgasm, then I'd flex all my leg muscles and buttocks, and so begin to move all my body upwards and downwards, or perhaps only move my hands. Often, I enjoy having my buttocks outside the blankets - the fresh air stimulates it or perhaps it is a desire to expose it, I cannot really say what it is. Anyway, to lay down on my belly really improves my ability to insert fingers deeply in my vagina."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 2B, Clitoral /Vulvae Stimulation Lay down on Belly:
"On my belly with both hands digging them in my external genital area, with the vulva lips closed. Jam the area smoothly with a finger, pressing against the lips outer curve and with the palm of my hand tightening against the front of the pubic bone. Legs remain closed. I have been doing this every day since I was four or five years old. When my pair is around he simply lean on my back and helps me to tighten."
"I use the back plastic part, not the quilted part, of a small vibrator. I prefer this because at very rare times I have lapse periods of time alone to use manual methods, the ones I encounter are too slow, nothing interesting and they cause fatigue. Somehow I keep the vibrator more or less stable underneath me when being face down, and move my body above and around it. I use it exclusively against my clitoris and vaginal lips. I like my legs together. This way, with my crossed ankles, I can use my legs to control the amount of contact with the vibrator. Sometimes I move fast, sometimes very slow. The more excited I am, the more I move."
"I lie down on my belly with a pillow between my legs and something bulky in the middle placed at my waist line. My hands are underneath the pillow right under the clitoral region, and ridding the pillow rhythmically. Then I put the vibrator on my clitoris, and while it remains off, I rub against it for time being, until I am so horny that I must start it, by the time that my left hand stops or plays with my clitoris or my vaginal area. Anyway its mere presence is erotic. It is vital that my right hand avoids trembling too much (the reason for pillow). Sometimes the vibrator aims towards left, sometimes towards the anus. My legs are fastening together, and fantasize. Sometimes I give vibrator taps on of special way."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 2B1, Clitoral /Vulvae Stimulation Lay down on Belly with Penetration:
"I place the vibrator on my clitoris and smaller lips and vaginal entrance, sometimes a candle in my vagina. With legs together is more comfortable, specially with crossed ankles (it increases muscular tension and it fulfill a reflected desire to bend my knees.) I used to touch myself on the breasts and belly, but it seemed redundant. I moved my hands more and more."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 3, pushing a Pillow or another Smooth Object:
"When masturbating, I am usually lay on bed facing down, with some blanket folded, so there is a bulk that I rub on backward and forward."
"I lie down firmly on belly with something kept between my thighs and pressing against all the mount area, then I move swiftly until orgasm."
"Yes, I enjoy masturbation. I have been masturbating from childhood and I do not see a reason to let go on it. Nevertheless, I prefer couple intercourse because I like companionship. I always reach orgasm and usually several of them, depending on the mood I am in. I masturbate since I didn't listen much to anybody. I make a bulk with bed clothes of the size similar of a fist (I use the head of my poor plush man, but since I'm already too big to sleep with a doll, a sheet roll is sufficient) and then I lie down on my belly upon it so that my clitoris exerts pressure on it. Then I move my hips in a circular movement until I achieve climax - very simple. It works with open or closed legs - anyway, however when in a particularly frantic state, I'd fell well with legs together. Usually I finish with my weight on my knees and elbows, so that I'm unable to move my hands too much."
"With crossed legs, I push my pelvis against a smooth object (a pillow is the next best thing) and fantasize. This is a real efficient method. I enjoy touching myself, but it isn't as good as that. I really move very slow; only when I am ready for the orgasm I get into real action."
"Masturbation: commonly ' I ride a pillow, or a coiled night- rob or a laundry pile - I ride it like a horse, pressing and raising repeatedly - pressing hard more and more. Dressed or undressed."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 3, Pushing a Pillow or another Smooth Object with Vaginal Penetration:
"Laying down on my belly with something small (like a Tampon) in my vagina and a pillow held tight between my legs, I move slowly upwards and downwards, then steady fast and intense. The sequence is as follow - I insert an object, I climb on the pillow, after that I move rhythmically until orgasm."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 3, Pushing against an Object while It has been suspended:
"I put myself on a chair with a protuberant but low flank and rub at start against it, then I get on top of it, and push downwards. This method allows much freedom of my body's movements that is what I want. I learned it as a girl while playing on a chair that my mother had."
"I climb on slowly against the washbasin of the bath, and press my mount against it very hard. The washbasin is stimulating for it is cold. Sometimes, I bend my legs to press tighter, and sometimes sway them to make my vulva tremble."
"I usually hold on to some piece of furniture and I rub against it in a slow, circular movement, upwards and downwards. I never heard of it before, and I do not know from where I got it, but in an early age it gave me such an incredible orgasm, or several. It is a great way, but, it sure leaves calluses in the palms of your hands."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 4, Crossing Legs and Tightening Pelvic Thighs and Muscles:
"I lie down on my back, with legs together, and I move slow until just before coming; then I am very tense, pressing the interior of my vagina, slowly moving. But it is the clitoral stimulation and inside tension that makes me come. All the pelvic area and the cheeks of my buttock are strongly tight, altogether."
" I masturbate by rubbing my thighs against one another, usually laying down, but I may do it seating as well (in an office, on a bus, etc.) I rub them rhythmically, putting a subtle pressure on the clitoris. Tension is accumulated gradually until orgasm."
"I lie down in bed, my ankles together, rhythmically squeeze my thighs, fantasize and sometimes I touch my nipples if I have difficulty in reaching orgasm by squeezing thighs solely."
"I cross my legs bend - that is to say, I cross them and I put an ankle over the other leg, which creates a pressure on the clitoral area. I never use my hands or touch myself - I do not have to do it. I press my legs until reaching orgasm, moving only slightly. I have very easy orgasms."
"I lie down (mainly when I bathe) and cross my legs; I caress my breasts and I swiftly swaying upwards and downwards pressing tight to stimulate. I squeeze my breasts tight and then I have orgasm."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 4, With Pillow, Towel, or Another Device Kept between Legs:
"Initially, I stimulate myself with external things or I tell myself stories or fantasize, lately I lie down and place my right arm through my crotch with my wrist or forearm on my lips and clitoris (I can be dressed or undresses) and my hand on my ankle or knees, and my thighs on my arm. My left hand can lay still (if I lie down lengthwise), or can play with my nipples. I swing my hips or pelvis to rub myself. Occasionally I use my fingers or hand on my lips, on my clitoris, or above my vagina (vulva)"
"I fold a blanket or sheet, I place part of it between my legs that are closely tighten, and then rub the sheet inside and on my vulva, specially my clitoris, without using hands, only hip and legs movements. I begin to fantasize a particular situation and come in minutes."
"My legs are crossed when pressing strongly some object that touches my clitoris and the entrance of my vagina - like any object roughly similar. Usually I keep it outside my underclothes. I rarely use my hands; I only press the highest part of my thighs against lips. My masturbation is basically the positioning of objects and the sway of the pelvic zone, with the pressure on the superior part of my thighs against lips."

"When masturbating, I usually press my legs tight (or I cross one over the other) and I use a towel, sliding it against my clitoris rhythmically until I come."
"I use a pillow or some other object that is firm but smooth. I keep it between my legs and rub it up and down or I squeeze my thighs. I can get some direct stimulation from rubbing my fingers on my genitals, but I cannot touch my clitoris, for it is very sensitive. In fact, I am better off wearing underclothes; thus I do not get stimulated so straightforward. My legs should be embraced a pillow, cannot be apart. I move fast but I do not enjoy too fast, then I prefer it outside the blanket, with my buttocks and feet mainly exposed."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 5, Water Massage:
"I masturbate with douche solely. I aim it at my clitoris, with legs open. Sometimes I grab a hose and I sit on the edge of the bathtub, and use warm and pleasant water. Or I lie down on the bathtub, and I let the douche water hit my clitoris if it is intense enough."
"I lie down on the bathtub with an abundant water spurt on my vagina, mount and clitoris. As water pressure and temperature increases, faster I reach orgasm."
" I catch the upper-part of my douche and let come out a warm spurt. I open the lips of my vagina exposing my clitoris. The water can be lukewarm for greater stimulation, and hips may sway swiftly to excite me and prolong pleasure. Usually I do it standing up. Being laid down is more pleasant, but you get your hair and face wet. This orgasm surpasses all for me, and might be multiple."
"I masturbate with water, preferably a spurt of intense lukewarm water, thus my buttock does not obstruct drainage. My feet are placed apart on the floor, with a stance around two feet (about 60 cm.), and I am lying on my back."
"Occasionally I have an orgasm in the bathtub. First I get aroused with my fingers, then I let water run and make an acrobatic position in which my vagina is directly under the tap. Beginning with hot or cold water and low pressure on my clitoris. When I am excited I let water run freely and I rise more near running water and I let it strike my vagina and then I come, it's the most fantastic sensation."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Type 6, Single Vaginal Insertion:
"I usually masturbate with a finger and I touch my breasts with the other hand, but not always. Sometimes, while I am basking in the sun in a swimsuit and start feeling horny, I'd wind up going inside to masturbate (when I am house alone). I usually use a fret movement on my vagina, or I simply keep my fingers there a little while. My legs are very open with my knees raised, near me. Sometimes I move fast, depending on the intensity of the sensations at the moment."

Clitoris: A Woman’s Power Tool

Female Masturbation
By Adriana Sommer da Costa
Psychologist and Sexologist

The dictionary defines the clitoris as an erectile protuberance of tissue that lies on the vagina’s top end. The clitoris is indeed such a small organ located on the upper end of the Urethral orifice in the external angle of the genitals, being the woman’s most-erogenous spot. It’s such a complex structure, that is to say, what is seen and touched being only externally. Most of whose hides inside the anterior and lateral entrance of the vagina, making an arch-like shape. Consisting of around 6.000 nerve endings, glands and spongy tissues that filled up with blood, all of which render this organ highly sensitive to all kinds of stimulation.
During arousal the clitoris gets filled up with blood turning thicker, erectile and assuming an intense red-like color. Close to orgasm the clitoris retracts hiding under the hood (prepuce) coming back out as stimulation ceases. The clitoris is the female primarily source of pleasure, being exclusively pleasure functional.
Inserting the penis in the vagina and thrusting movements have been for a long time regarded as suffice for women to reach orgasm.
In overlooking such aspects some pundits sparked off in women feelings of frustration and inferiority for many generations to come. Those of whom weren’t aware of the necessity for direct manipulation in order to obtain orgasm more satisfactorily. And yet, that takes place even today, inasmuch as some women can’t reach orgasm by inserting a penis alone.
With the groundbreaking success of the Shere Hite report many question have been elucidated. By confronting thousands of female reports was verified that a woman’s ultimate orgasm doesn’t go by the coitus itself, but depends on special clitoral manipulations that can be attained by various manners.
The clitoris is highly sensitive, in that the direct touch isn’t always felt as sexually alluring, mainly if the woman isn’t fully aroused. To tenderly touch or make circular movements revolving the external part of the vagina and chiefly on its mound (highly curved arch) being essential for adequate lubrication much as sexually gratifying.
There aren’t such deep structures whether vaginal or Urethral so important as the erogenous zones. In other words, a long penis (commonly held obsession amongst men) is irrelevant in satisfying a woman. The paramount importance is to rub and touch different spots of the clitoris during intercourse. By pounding against the Mons pubis, a penis exposes in enticingly unison all the vaginal entrance to an intense rhythmically paced contact.
Clitorises come in various shapes and lengths, some well hidden and others rather conspicuous. Given the anatomical features of the clitoris there lies a classical difference, as it were, those women whose clitoris lies in the lower end might easily reach orgasm from thrusting because of the penis’ fretting against the clitoris.
Given that the women who bear the major handicap being those whose clitoris lies otherwise on the upper end of the vaginal entrance, for the penis can’t rub on it.
If that comes to be the case she should get as close as possible to his pelvis and rub her clitoris on it or play with herself while being pumped. Self-stimulating in front of the partner might not be so easy for some women, maybe due to shyness or self-consciousness whatsoever. It may lead women to feign orgasm, faking only to prevent being tagged as dry or avoid letting their partners down.
All of which brings about frustrations in their sexual life. Failing to reach desired orgasm proves emotionally detrimental for women, since they’re cheating on their partners one way or another.
The dialogue always bears good results. Talk to your partner about how you’d like to be touched and caressed, show where your clitoris hides, teach the exact stroke, speak your mind about positions, after all, employ a fare game and thus reap the rewards in your Sex life. Your partner will be pleased.

Foreplay Tips – The Do’s and Don’ts Of Foreplay

Many men slip up during an intimate foreplay with their women. These are three common mistakes that men make when initiating this prelude to sex.

Mistake #1 – Foregoing The Kiss

You should prolong the kissing instead! It doesn’t have to be the usual lip-locking. Women actually enjoy it when their men give tender kisses, long strokes of the tongue, and loving bites on their neck and shoulders.

Mistake #2 – Paying Too Much Attention To A Woman’s Breasts

Women are uncomfortable when men pay too much attention to their bosoms. Of course, women love it when their partners do incredible things with their breasts. But, they still prefer that their partners adore EVERY detail on their bodies.

Mistake #3 – Hurrying Through Foreplay

This is a big no-no. Always remember that foreplay should be done in the smoothest and most comfortable manner possible. Women love it when their men spend time in exploring every sensitive hot spots on the female body. At times, women are the ones who dictate when their men should proceed. However, there are moments when women allow their men to follow their own plans when pleasuring them. But you should not advance towards her inner thigh if she is not yet fully prepared for it. It can be quite unpleasant for women when they are not totally in the mood for the actual sexual intercourse.
What else can you do to give her phenomenal foreplay – one that will set her up for a powerful orgasm later? Well, the following tips will come in handy for you!

Tip #1 – Take Pleasure In Foreplay

You must be having fun during foreplay in order to become the best in what you are doing. Women can actually tell when their partners are not in the mood for sex even with the bits of action during the prelude, such as oral sex. If giving her oral sex is a chore for you, she won’t enjoy it. A man’s satisfaction in the sexual overture is a big factor in turning on a woman. Yes, it all begins in the mind! So make sure that you have the appropriate outlook when it comes to the foreplay and the main act.

Tip #2 – Open Communication

If you do not know what to do, then just ASK her. For example, ask if she wants kisses or those titillating nibbles on her skin and if she prefers gentle fondling to wild grasps. In return, be sure that you are ready to give her anything that she asks of you!

Tip #3 – Dirty Talk

Most guys do not know how effective dirty talk can be during foreplay. You may not know this but women CAN get highly aroused even with just words, especially those that depict what you plan to do to them in bed. Aside from dirty talking, try speaking to her of your unadulterated appreciation of her whole being, her beauty, and your contentment on having her all to yourself!

Tip #4 – Be Smooth

Wait for her to tell you that she is ready to move forward. Let the whole act blend smoothly into sexual intercourse. Do not skip the “appetizer” and head straight for the “main course.” Always be gracious during the prelude to intercourse!
Let foreplay lead both of you into amazing sex. Don’t skim on it. Apply the above tips and spice things up in your bedroom tonight!

Choosing Sex Toys For Her Without Ending Up In The Dog House

Pay Attention To What She Likes In Bed

There are things she likes in bed and things she doesn’t, so it makes sense to get her a sex toy that is designed for an activity that she enjoys doing with you. Don’t worry, it won’t replace you – the right one will add to your sex life and make it hotter than ever before. For example, does she prefer to have her clitoris stimulated over anything else you do? Buy her a clitoral vibrator, which are designed to massage and stimulate the clitoris only. Or does she prefer vaginal or anal penetration? If that’s the case, select an item that is designed for g-spot stimulation or anal sex – or both!

Pay Attention To Your Penis Size

When picking something out for vaginal penetration, select something that is similar to your penis size. If you have a smaller penis, go for something that isn’t much larger than you are. You don’t have to select something that looks exactly like you in size or shape, but anything along those lines or a little smaller will work well. If you get something that is too large for her, especially for the first time, it may be painful for her. You can always graduate to larger sizes and start experimenting with different styles once you’ve both gotten used to using sex toys in the bedroom. On the same token, if you’re hung like a horse, don’t get a small, short or slim vibrator and expect her to like it – she probably won’t.

Stick With What You’ve Already Tried

When introducing a sex toy to your partner for the first time, you don’t want to get her something designed for an activity that she’s never tried before. This will most likely end badly and with you sleeping out on the couch – or worse, in the doghouse! For example, if she’s never tried anal sex, do NOT get her anal beads or a butt plug! This will make her uncomfortable, whether she decides to try it or not. Either way, you’ve just nixed the idea of ever bringing sex toys into the bedroom again. Instead, choose one that will be used in a way that she’s already familiar with through having sex with you. Most girls enjoy clitoral stimulation, since that’s generally how girls begin to masturbate when they’re younger. A clitoral vibrator is your safest bet if you and your partner haven’t tried much else.

Couples Sex Toys

If you’re bringing sex toys into the bedroom for the first time, you don’t necessarily have to get her something that is designed for her use alone. While these make great gifts later, what you choose for the first time should be something that is for you and her to use with each other. There are lots of sex toys out there for couples, and any sex toy can be used by both you and your lover together. Remote control vibrators give you the power to make her feel pleasure, without her having to do a thing. You can also just use a simple, sleek vibrator with your partner as though you were fingering her. If she enjoys anal stimulation, try using a butt plug or anal beads as you perform oral sex on your lover.

Don’t Forget The Lube

Even the best sex toys aren’t going to be fun to use without the right lube. Choose a lubricant that is either water or silicone based (depending on the material of the item you select) and is easy to clean up. Baby oil and other household “lubes” may break down latex and render the toy useless after just a few ventures outside the bottom drawer of the nightstand. You’ll also want to invest in a good toy cleaner, although hot, soapy water works well too. Specially designed cleaner will keep your toy looking like new for longer – which is a good investment if you end up selecting something that is more expensive or high end. You can also slip a condom over it if you really want it to last!

3 Sex Tips To Give A Woman An Orgasm Without Using Your Hands!

Ever had sex with a woman? If so, you know how badly you want her to have an orgasm before you do. So she’s happy, she’s satisfied and she wants to have sex with you more. That’s why, in this article, you’ll discover three of the easiest way to make her have a violently powerful orgasm without ever once using your hands! Or touching her body!
The trick is, most women are controlled by their emotions, and by their minds. When you want to have sex with her, what do you do? Not grope her all over, but turn her on, starting in her MIND! You bring her roses, wine and dine her, tell her how beautiful she looks, until she’s overcome with desire, and must have you.
Here’s exactly how you can “overwhelm” her emotions while you’re in the middle of the moment – and how you can make a female orgasm with your words and your words, alone.
Here are three phrases that you can use to get your girl off during sex.

Tip #1: Telling Her To Orgasm

“Now be a good a good girl and come for me….”
Telling a woman to come is one of the most powerful ways to get her to orgasm when having sex. This primal urge goes all the way back to our caveman days – she gets off on you being in control of her body.
So here’s how you send her over the edge during sex:
1) Use her favorite sex technique to bring her to the brink of orgasm
2) Wait until you hear her breathing speed up, and see her start to “lose control” of her body
3) Tell her you’re going to make her come. And tell her to come for you. Don’t ask her – just tell her!
Most of the time, this is exactly what she needs to hear to send her right over the edge. Pair this with some constant, unbreaking eye contact and deep thrusting during sex, and your woman will feel dominated in all the ways she fantasizes about.

Tip #2: Dominating Her

“I love you, my baby girl…”
Women have come very far, when it comes to equal rights in both the job and the home. Women can achieve anything men can achieve in our modern world. However, when it comes to sex, most women still have primal instincts that need to be satisfied. And these instincts tell her she NEEDS to be “owned” by a dominant man.
That’s the only way she can orgasm.
So here’s how to do it:
1) Again, bring her right to the edge. This time, use a slower pace.
2) Whisper a few words about how much you love her, right into her ear.
3) Then, call her your baby, your girl, or whatever comes to mind.
4) Some women will orgasm on this alone. If she doesn’t, just add in the technique above. She’s guaranteed to get off when you pair eye contact, deep thrusting, and these two techniques.
Every single woman I’ve ever had sex with has needed little more than these two techniques to have an orgasm. Contrary to popular belief, getting her to orgasm is relatively easy. Most men just jackhammer away like they see in porn, while the best way to make her climax is to stimulate her MIND!

Tip #3: Setting The Mood

How can you make her have a wild, crazy, screaming orgasm? By setting the scene before sex, of course! This sex tip tells you exactly what you need to do:
1) Before you meet up with her, take a few minutes to make wherever you hook up as clean and serene as possible.
2) Light a scented candle – something with a soft scent like vanilla.
3) When she gets home, tell her to take a second with you to get rid of the stress of the day. Take a few breaths together, in and out, as deep as you both can. (This helps you both relax and synchronizes your breathing just a bit, so your sex “rhythm” is even better later.)
4) Start your evening with an erotic massage and see where it goes.
Why this advice? What’s the core of this technique? It’s simple: Most men just rush to sex. And by far the easiest way to make a female orgasm, is to take more time with foreplay. It’s really a no brainier. Enough build up and foreplay and she will orgasm on the very first stroke you take. This is great to know if your stamina is still building, or you’ve been in kind of a rut.
From this relaxed place of increased foreplay, you can start adding in fantasies, role-playing and other sexual elements. But for now, you’re miles and MILES ahead of every other man she’s ever had sex with because you know how to make her orgasm during sex, without using your hands!

The Truth About Erectile Dysfunction And How To Fix It (For Good!)

Let’s face it. Erectile dysfunction can be a very embarrassing affair, and if left untreated, can severely affect a couple’s sex life. An erection problem typically refers to the inability to acquire and maintain an erection that is firm enough for a man to have satisfactory intercourse.
Some men are not able achieve an erection at all; others may simply lose the erection during intercourse. When the condition becomes persistent, a man can be diagnosed as having erectile dysfunction or ED.

Is Erectile Dysfunction Common?

The vast majority of men will experience occasional difficulties in acquiring or maintaining an erection during sex. In many instances, the condition is temporary and goes away without the need for medical intervention. In other cases, it can be a persistent issue that can potentially damage a man’s self confidence and affect his sexual relationship, thus requiring treatment.

Is It All Just “In The Mind?”

In the past, problems relating to erections were assumed to have stemmed from a man’s mind. As a result, sufferers were often given unhelpful advice. You probably heard of comments such as “don’t worry” or “just relax and things will take care of itself.”
These days, medical professionals and sex therapists believe that when erection problems continue to persist for a long time, physical factors may be at work.
To tell if the cause of an erection problem is physical or psychological, one way is to determine if you are having erections while sleeping at night. On average, it is normal for a man to experience three to five erections per night, with each lasting up to 30 minutes. Your doctor would be in a good position to ascertain if you are having the normal number of night-time erections.

What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction often results from a wide range of problems.
There are two basic contributing factors for ED:
  • Effects arising from physically related diseases (such as use of drugs and diabetes)
  • Psychological issues
According to studies, about 50 to 60 percent of diabetic men suffer from erectile dysfunction. Bladder-related dysfunction is also known to cause erection problems, as are Parkinson’s disease and temporal lobe abnormalities.
Age also plays a critical role in erectile dysfunction due to a decrease in male hormones. Many medications used to treat high blood pressure can also cause ED.
As with any other medical problems, if you persistently experience problems with erection, it is advisable to see a doctor. The doctor will be in the best position to rule out any possibility of disease, injury, or medical side effects.
On the other hand, “recreational drugs” are also known to cause erection problems. Take for instance, tobacco. Studies have shown that even smoking two cigarettes before sex (if you have a smoking fetish) will significantly reduce the amount of penile blood flow that is necessary to keep your erection up.

Overcoming Erectile Dysfunction

Advancements in medicine have given many ED sufferers hope, as there are many viable alternatives that can treat the problem successfully.
Do not be tempted to subject yourself to vacuum pumps, penile injections or self-medications like Viagra or Cialis. These self-styled solutions can be ineffective at best (for example, effects of using vacuum pumps are only temporary), and dangerous at worst (bursting of capillaries or penile deformities, for instance).
If you persistently experience difficulty in getting and maintaining an erection during sex, it is best to consult a doctor or a specialist.
The doctor will usually first perform physical and laboratory examinations to determine the underlying causes of the problem, followed by exploring the various treatment options.
Don’t let erection problems keep you down (pardon the pun!). Instead, make a resolve to overcome this issue and enjoy the kind of sex that you and your partner deserve!

We Don’t Have Hot Sex Anymore. Can We Get It Back?

She Said:

First off, let me say that what you’re going through is totally normal. Passion cools in most relationships over time, so it’s important to be best friends when all is said and done. The good news is that you’re in a great position, if you can excuse the pun. The ‘bad news’ is that there is some work to be done – but it’s fun work, so don’t worry!
When You Don’t Want To Break Up
Think about what you’ve said – you’re crazy about your boyfriend. That is wonderful news! It means there’s still groundwork to build off of for the sizzle to return to your sex life. You don’t want to break up, which means there’s enough left to make you want to stay with him. There’s life in this thing yet!
Here’s your homework assignment: First off, think about what attracted you to your boyfriend in the first place. Now think about that when you’re having sex.
Remembering all the wonderful things that drew you to your honey in the first place are still there, so start appreciating those qualities again.
Bring Hot Sex Back Into The Relationship
There’s no penalty for using your imagination! What gets you hot, nowadays? Is there a movie star you like to fantasize about? Perhaps erotic fiction helps get you going? Use these things to your advantage. Most women need to be both emotionally and mentally stimulated to get really excited. Find the things that bring you to this place; then bring your boyfriend to the bedroom. When you’re feeling ultra-turned on, you naturally have better sex.
Be creative – that goes for both you AND your partner. All the work isn’t just on your shoulders. That said if you really feel that your relationship has moved to a purely platonic level, you owe to yourself and your partner to move on. Sexual pleasure is important to every aspect of health and happiness – and you both deserve to have the very best for yourselves.

He Said:

It happens. Relationships ebb and they flow. So does attraction. The most important thing is that you’re still crazy about each other. Everything else can be worked out.
First thing is to identify anything going on in your life that could be getting in the way of the two of you getting it on like teenagers on Viagra. If you just started a business together and you have a kid(s), and you are having trouble making ends meet, etc it is not conducive to getting it on. Identify and eradicate as many of these things as you can, and make your peace with the rest. Obviously, you can’t eradicate your kids (unless you live in Texas), but you can hire a babysitter and get your butts to a hotel.
A Vacation Can Reboot Hot Sex
Personally, I highly recommend a vacation of any kind to reclaim the booty making magic. (Say that five times fast!) Avoid going anywhere you’ve been in the past. You don’t want to bring up old memories if they are bad or expectations if you went there and the sex was amazing. For my money, I highly recommend one of those “hedonistic, clothing optional” resorts. Nothing will help you shed your inhibitions like shedding your clothes and letting it all hang out in the sun.  (Remember the sun block!) These resorts are adults only, anything goes and no questions asked.
Vacation sex is always the best because you are literally away from all your problems. They are back home. You didn’t bring your job or your in laws with you, right? No, of course not.  You’ll be going at it like bunnies. And you’re welcome (just remember that no man is ever as potent or as virile as when he’s on vacation, so plan accordingly!)
Exercising Together Can Help You Have Better Sex
I also recommend working out, ideally together. Nothing makes you wanna get naked more than if you actually look great naked. Working out boosts endorphins, hormones, etc. You’ll be all hot and sweaty and that means you need to shower. You two look great from consistently doing yoga, crossfit, or whatever you choose (I highly recommend the first two), and then BAM! You’re going at it.  It’s that simple.
Above all, take the pressure off yourself. Sex shouldn’t feel like something you “have to do” but that you “get to do.” You should feel like a kid on Christmas (yes, I ruined another holiday for you.) To that end, I suggest, researching tantric sex (Steve P has an amazing White Tiger Tantra video series), getting couples tantric massages, or just getting regular (no happy ending) rub downs anywhere you can.
Be patient and soon you’ll be going at it!

Male Masturbation
When a boy reaches adolescence begins to go through important changes in his emotions.
The sexual conscience is exacerbated and attempts to release the erotic tension with masturbation, this exacerbates when one does not have a partner. Many men carry on masturbating along their lives, even when they maintain relationships with another person. According to diverse studies, 94% of men have been masturbating at some stage until reaching orgasm.
Through personal experience, such techniques and pace can be mastered, which would give better result. This way man knows his answers, being capable of anticipating the orgasm. The use of lubricants reduces friction and can increase pleasure.
How to masturbate a man?

Masturbation is helpful so that more people can reach erection. With smooth caress you can get to reach orgasm, but the penis also withstands stimulation with less subtlety.Grasp the penis with one hand and move the foreskin back and forth, speed rate, duration of the movement and the pressure exerted depends on each person, talk with your partner so that you can point out the most suitable for you.The frenulum zone, right under the gland with the turgid penis, can be very stimulating. As your partner nears orgasm, increase the speed of movements. After ejaculation the gland becomes very sensitive, that's the reason why is paramount to let go on pressure.
Stimulation of the testicles

For most men to have the testicles caresses can be very relaxing to them, that is to say, always with smoothness.
Grasp the penis with one hand and uses the other to cover and cross the testicles and caress the zone between the testicles and the anus. This zone is very sensitive. Scrotum (a bag that encapsulates the testicles) is as if they were women's outer lips, however, for that reason caresses and kisses produce very pleasant sensations, but it's improbable that they alone end in orgasm.
